Giving the Iconic Silhouette a New Voice
Harmoniq Speaker reinterprets the iconic form of a music stand, an object that has long shaped the atmosphere of the stage through its quiet presence.
Inspired by the church worship stages from my childhood, where the simple outline of these stands subtly defined the space and guided the audience’s focus toward the music, the design of the speaker preserves the familiar silhouette while assigning it a new and more meaningful role as a speaker.
The Dot Grill
The dotted grill on the front of Harmoniq is inspired by the vent holes found on classic music stands. This pattern isn’t just for looks, it’s carefully designed to enhance sound quality and improve airflow, blending function with a nostalgic nod to the studio’s essential tool
Control
The control buttons are neatly placed at the base of the speaker, blending smoothly into the design. This area also doubles as a handy stand for phones or documents.
